Kinesiology uses muscle monitoring - a manual bio-feedback process - to ’talk’ to your body and obtain feedback on what stresses you. This is gentle pressure on your muscles that yields individual information about your situation and health. Our body, mind and emotions are interconnected, and stress in one area will impact on another.
Kinesiology works with your body’s innate intelligence to defuse stress patterns and restore balance across your whole system. This means you regain choices for living your life more fully and deeply, with greater satisfaction, and you feel well again.
Kinesiology began in the 1960’s and continues to develop today. It links western muscle monitoring and therapies with eastern science and wisdom to re-balance body energies and promote fast, safe, natural, health and wellness.
By referencing eastern systems of energy flow in meridians or channels of energy that flow over your body, or energy centres within your body, - kinesiology can identify and bring change to imbalances. It can also identify deeply held beliefs and emotions that are impacting health and wellbeing.
Restoring balance to your body physiology and neurological functioning happens on emotional, mental and physical levels.
A combination of light touch therapies and techniques is used to bring about new balance in your health, your responses to stress, and how you think and feel.
